Welcome to the OXOLT Gym-Based Strength & Conditioning Group Programme, the ultimate solution for masters swimmers committed to enhancing their performance and reaching new heights. Our training plan is designed to be completed in the gym three times a week, focusing on stability, strength, and power development to ensure you peak for the Masters National Championships, whether it's short course or long course.

Our gym-based programme provides three 1-hour sessions per week, designed to maximise your strength and conditioning. Each session includes a variety of movements and holds, utilising gym equipment to target the key muscle groups and movements essential for peak swimming performance. With step-by-step video demonstrations, you'll be able to perform each exercise with perfect form, ensuring you get the most out of every session.
With this programme, there is no coaching or feedback from our coaches. You will use the plan to regulate your training and progressions accordingly.
What to Expect in Each Session
